Owner's Engineering
As Owner's Engineer, VESS protects the owner's interests across design, procurement, construction and commissioning — with independent technical judgement grounded in Omani delivery and international practice.
We support utility-scale renewable projects with clear governance, technical challenge and interface control so decisions remain bankable and executable.
Our OE role draws on wind, solar, storage and grid experience, including supervision support such as Dhofar II Wind IPP for NAMA PWP.
